SNB Summer Metro Junior Trial Information:
- U12s (2014 & 2013): Trials are being conducted through Northern Beaches Water Polo Academy at Warringah Aquatic Centre (WAC).
- U14s, U16s, and U18s: Trials will start week beginning 9th September, 2024 and run over two weeks. All trials for these age groups will be held at Pymble Ladies College (PLC) Aquatic Centre, Avon Rd, Pymble 2073.
Trial Schedule:
- W12 (2013 & 2014): Sunday 8th & 15th September - 6pm-8pm @ WAC
- M12 (2013 & 2014): Sunday 8th & 15th September - 6pm-8pm @ WAC
- W14 (2012 & 2011): Tuesday, 10th & 17th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
- M14 (2012 & 2011): Tuesday, 10th & 17th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
- W16 (2010 & 2009): Wednesday, 11th & 18th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
- M16 (2010 & 2009): Thursday, 12th & 19th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
- W18 (2008 & 2007): Wednesday, 11th & 18th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
- M18 (2008 & 2007): Thursday, 12th & 19th September - 7pm-9pm @ PLC
Important Notes:
- There is NO cost to participate in the trials.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to be ready to meet the coaches and selectors on pool deck.
- Please bring Goggles, Water Bottle and a ball if you have one.
- We please ask Parents/Carers to drop off and not stay for the trials to ensure all Athletes and Selectors/Coaches are able to focus and trial without any distractions.
Please encourage your children simply to do their best, and remind them that you will be proud regardless of the outcome. This approach will take some pressure off the athletes, who can then focus on doing their best and having fun.
After trials are completed, SNB Women’s and Men’s Directors will provide updates on team formations and coaches by the beginning of October. Please stay tuned for further communication.
