  SNB Breakers Uniform Reminder

Wearing your SNB Breakers Costumes and Uniform to ALL games...

We would like to emphasise the importance of wearing your SNB Breakers Water Polo Club Costume and uniform to all games.

Here are a few reasons why wearing our uniform is crucial:

  1. Team Spirit: By wearing the same uniform, we showcase our strong team spirit and commitment to each other. It creates a sense of belonging and solidarity, boosting team morale and motivation.

  2. Professionalism: A well-presented team in matching uniforms displays professionalism on and off the field. It reflects positively on our club and the sport of water polo as a whole.

  3. Recognisability: Wearing our club uniform makes it easier for fans, spectators, and referees to identify our players during games. It minimizes confusion and ensures a smoother flow of the game.

  4. Club Identity: The SNB Breakers uniform represents our club's identity, colours, and values. When we step onto the field together in our uniform, we demonstrate our dedication to our club and its legacy.

  5. Newsletter Updates: Wearing the club uniform during games also helps us create visually appealing newsletter updates, showcasing our team's progress and achievements. This enhances our communication efforts and fosters a sense of community among our supporters.

In addition to these points, the club's newsletter will feature updates and highlights from our games. Wearing the SNB Breakers uniform will undoubtedly contribute to creating visually appealing and engaging content for the newsletter.

We understand that circumstances might arise where wearing the uniform could be challenging, but we kindly ask all players to prioritise representing the SNB Breakers Water Polo Club to the best of their abilities by wearing the uniform consistently. If you have any issues or concerns related to the uniform, please feel free to reach out to our Club Secretary - Harris Anasson or our Uniforms Manager - Carly Smith.

Table Duty Workshops - Scorecard & Clock

Table Duty Workshops - Scorecard & Clock

Does this picture of the Water Polo Scoring/Shot Clock scare the living day lights out of you?? YES!! You are NOT alone... Don't worry we have you covered.

Throughout the Water Polo Season ALL Parents/Carers are asked by their teams Managers to help with "Table Duty" each week at their child/ren's games. Table Duty consists of filling out the Scorecard (goals, fouls, exclusions) and working the Clock during the game. This can seem a very daunting task to most people, but once you know the basics and understand the rules/scorecard you'll be a pro in no time at all.

At SNB we are lucky enough to have so many talented and dedicated members in our club that are always willing to help, so in the lead up to the Summer Season we will be running a couple of "Table Duty Workshops" to help everyone feel comfortable when asked to help with their teams table duties.

Workshop dates and venues to be confirmed soon...
